A note to Canadian and International bidders: We are not responsible for any additional taxes Canada or foreign countries charges such as general service, Provincial, or broker's fees once an item crosses over into Canada.  These are taxes your country sometimes requires you to pay if they check the box or custom's label which have nothing to do with our gallery or ebay. If they check your package, they will go by what the item is insured for (which means we cannot mark it as a gift, as they will still look at the insurance amount and go by that).  We can insure the item for less if you request this, but know that we will only be responsible for the amount you ask us to insure the package for in case of any damages during transit. Regarding Feedback, I leave feedback after I receive a feedback from the buyer.  Regarding the Gold Stars Detailed Seller Rating (new from ebay), I am a low volume seller so how you rate me on the Stars greatly affects my Seller's Rating.   I check my Feedback and Gold Stars Detailed Seller's Rating daily so I can see who is giving me Feedback and also who is affecting my DSR (Detailed Seller Rating). I do my absolute best to give buyers the best service I can.  I feel I am very fair in my shipping/handling prices and also a careful packer, and I ship quickly so you can get your items right away.  I also am great at communication and send tracking numbers with every item I ship (if you don't get one, check your spam folder settings.  It should be in there.)   I also list my items with the most information I have available.   I ask that my customers extend me the same courtesy in their ratings of my DSR and feedback.  I reserve the right to block any buyers or bidders I foresee as a problem . We ask that our bidders read through our complete description and details. Antiques and paintings are fragile items, and we don't want them being shipped more than once so that is why we have an All Sales Final policy, sold as is. Our antiques/primitives and antique/vintage paintings usually have some natural aging to them as they are older so please take note. We describe our items with much attention to detail as is reasonably possible, and for further inspection, we offer extra large photos so the buyer can take note of the painting or item being sold. Please look closely at these photos as they are fair representations of the item being offered and are larger than most sellers offer on ebay. Also keep in mind that colors can show somewhat differently on each individual computer monitor (colors may appear somewhat brighter or darker on the net as opposed to in person). If you have a question or would like additional photos, please write us and we would be glad to answer them.  Bidders are also always welcome to come and see any items for sale in person at our Martins Ferry, Ohio location.

If an item, painting, or antique has any documents of authenticity which come with it, we state that in the description.  If I am not sure who the artist is or the piece is unsigned, I may offer a suggestion or possibility of who I think could have done it, but that is just a suggestion, not a statement of authenticity. Please reasonable and fair in your expectations as I am only trying to be helpful by offering an opinion. If the item has any mention of provenance, we state that and show whatever is noted.
