FedEx 2 Day Air w/Signature Required to conform to PayPal's Protection Policies.
Unfortunately FedEx has increased their base rates PLUS increased the
residential and fuel surcharges but we have kept our shipping charges as low as
possible. It usually costs us $17-$22 to ship a FedEx envelope 2 Day Air.
Fuel prices at the pump have been going down but FedEx HAS NOT lowered their
fuel surcharges. We sincerely apologize for the high shipping charge but
we have no control over FedEx's rates.

Serious bidders only. Bidding on this auction enters you
into a legally binding agreement to complete the purchase per these Terms &

If you have a feedback less than
96 or you have been a member of eBay less than 30 days, you MUST contact us
before bidding. We reserve the right to cancel any bid by those in the

All seats are together side-by-side
unless otherwise noted in the auction listing.

We will only ship to your PayPal Confirmed Address or your
Credit Card Billing Address. We will not ship to any other address.
All tickets must be signed for when delivered. FedEx or respective
carrier) will attempt delivery up to 3 times. Buyer assumes all
responsibility to contact FedEx (or respective carrier) if no one is present
to sign for the delivery. Buyer agrees to pay for return shipping as
well as reshipping charges if tickets are returned to us.
We do not ship to PO Boxes. Your PayPal Confirmed
Address must be a physical street since FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes.
Tickets that are
emailed can only be emailed if you have a feedback rating of 96% or higher,
no negative feedbacks in the last 6 months, and have been a member of eBay
at least 6 months.
Payment must be received in the timeframe stated in the
auction listing. We will leave negative feedback for non-paying bidders.
We will also file a Non-Paying Bidder Complaint with eBay.
If you win and fail to comply, tickets will be offered to the
next highest bidder or relisted.
If you are in Dallas and pay via PayPal, only the PayPal
account holder can pick up the tickets and must present a photo id when
picking up the tickets.
Texas
residents MUST add the 8.25% Texas state sales tax if the event is in Texas or
the delivery address is in Texas.
No refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. All prices are
in US dollars.
If the event is rescheduled the tickets will be good for the
new date. If the event is cancelled and not rescheduled you will be issued
either:

A full store credit in the amount of your payment good for
another ticket purchase from our store

A refund minus eBay fees made to the same payment method
used to pay for the auction
Rescheduled dates, times, opening acts, change in actors or
players for any reason, including, but not limited to illness, injury, or
vacation, are not considered cancellations.
We are not held responsible for missed events due to any
change in dates or time. It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to
verify that the date and time on the purchaser's ticket is still valid.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged tickets after they
have arrived. Keep them in a safe place, since we cannot replace them.
We reserve the right to cancel
bids made by bidders with an overall negative feedback rating.
PLEASE do not
bid if you do not agree to the above. Placing your bid enters you into a
legally binding agreement to purchase the product for the amount you bid, plus
applicable sales tax, plus shipping. We WILL leave negative feedback AND
