Availability & Making Reservations
After purchasing a Mini Vacation through eBay, you will receive a reservation form via email. Please complete the reservation form in order to select your vacation dates, then return the completed form via email or fax. If the dates you have selected are available, it takes 24-48 hours to get your reservation booked and scheduled. Once complete, your itinerary and travel info will be emailed to you.
We recommend that you contact us TOLL-FREE 1-866-369-5055 before purchase to be sure that the dates you are booking will be available. In most cases, we will not be able to fulfill reservations for non-holiday travel with less than 7 days' notice, and for holiday travel with less than 30 days' notice. Please remember that availability can change quickly and unexpectedly. This is why we offer our Full Refund Policy: If your preferred travel dates have become unavailable before your reservation is completed, you may choose to either:
* Accept an alternate resort for which you are qualified and for which there is availability
* Choose to receive a full refund once the resort has stated the dates are unavailable
* Keep your vacation package up to a full year after purchase to use later.
Disclaimers & Additional Charges
The advertising material is being used for the purpose of soliciting sales of vacation ownership plans. Total Price ("Buy It Now" Price) does not include applicable taxes, which range from $12 - $15 per night depending on which resort is selected. All taxes are paid by the guest, at the Resort. Guest will also be required to present a credit/debit card for a $100 authorized deposit to cover long distance phone calls, pay-per-view, and other miscellaneous room charges and a $40 refundable deposit secure your preview time.
