Three (3) Professional Studio Strobes: BY-180B (at 180 Watt-Second each), each with their own 75-watt modeling light. The back panel of the BY-180B: Test button, power switch, continuous-adjusting knob (stepless) to control the outputs of flashing, remote sensor, ready light, sync socket, fuse, and power socket. Again the BY-180B is HQ top strobe, unlike others you see on ebay (click here to see).

The three BY-180B strobes are high-quality products. Searching online you will find costs for similar strobes would be well over $200 each. You can search for similar products using Google or Yahoo, by searching for "180 or 200 WS strobe". There are other, more expensive brands, but you will not find anything of this quality at this price, anywhere on the internet. Click for larger image

The intensity of flashing tube can be adjusted continuously (stepeless control). Each of the two main strobes also contains a 75-watt modeling light, to help guide your strobe placement by visualizing the shadows that will fall on your subject when the strobe actually fires. This is invaluable for perfect portrait studio photography!

(Note: these are flashes/strobes, NOT continuous lights. The kit's total strobe output can reach 540-Watt-Second (or Joules) in energy for each flash (at full power). Because of the way a strobe bursts a huge amount of energy in a very short period of time, the strobe will not generate any lasting heat, unlike continuous lighting, which tends to generate a lot of heat. Also, the strobe produces daylight-type color temperatures (5600K), so you do not need special films or filters.

Beware Beware Beware: We are not selling those160 WS weaker strobes with a cheap slave as other sellers sell, you can find on ebay (those are made by unknown factory in China and with made-up “brand names” here) see picture below (I am not kidding, check those ebay listings of 3-strobe kits under $300):

One (1) 20" X 28" Softboxes (Yes, its 20" X 28" size with silver reflect inside) with quality metal rod framework. This is beautiful looking as well as extremely functional, with a matte black outer surface and a highly reflective diffusion interior and detachable soft white diffusers for the faces.

This is a shot of the softboxe included. They assemble easily, and can be used many ways to diffuse and direct the light from the main strobes.

Two (2) 34" Umbrellas: one (1) is silver umbrella reflector, and one (1) is translucent umbrella diffuser, that works like a softbox (the flashing from strobe directly shots through).

The large silver interior surface reflects/bounces your light source onto the subject creating a wrapping effect and minimize harsh shadow.

One (1) 16-ft hotshoe/PC sync cord that works with any camera has a standard hotshoe, such as your common 35 mm SLR or digital SLR (DSLR) cameras, like Canon, Nikon, Pentax, etc (note: other sellers only offer standard PC sync cords. So if you need a hotshoe/PC adapter -- cost you about extra $25 for each adapter. Other sellers will not include this one. You do need one if your camera has a hotshoe).

This allows you to directly connect your camera to one of the strobe units via a sync cord, which will trigger the strobe each time you press the shutter release on your camera. Since all strobes have remote sensor building, so any one of the strobe’s flashing will trigger other strobes to flash. All you need is to connect your camera to a closet strobe by this cord. This cord is 16-ft long that is good for most applications.

Note: we usually included a Wireless Radio Transmitter/Radio Receiver. Since you can find them at ebay pretty cheap (under $10 I think), we no longer include it in this package (click to see). Some sellers do include this single-channel cheap trigger and then mark-up the price of the package, though. Those triggers work with our kit: Click for larger image. Indeed, you do not need one since our PC/Hotshoe sync cords are long enough and more reliable though. In return, we give you 3 larger (more power) high quality BY-180B strobes with this long sync cord. Basically, we replaced the small strobe (click to see) with a large BY-180B. This is a better trade. Other sellers keep this smaller strobe (about 45 WS). Our package total power of flashing will be 540WS that fits to your most applications, while other sellers’ package has only about 300 WS (useless for family or group portraits or large subject photos).

You get one hotshoe sync cord. You can use one to connect directly to your camera's hotshoe and into one of the main strobe's sync connections. The camera shown is not included in this sale.

Two (2) 20-ft standard PC sync cords that works with your camera without standard hotshoe (note: some cameras, especially old professional cameras, may not have a standard hotshoe. But they often have a standrd PC socket).

This allows you to directly connect your camera's PC socket to one of the strobe units via this sync cord, which will trigger the strobe each time you press the shutter release on your camera.

32" (80cm) Collapsible (double side) Reflector (Silver and gold) disc

Silver increases the specula highlights fill and yields a high-contrast image fill. It's perfect for product shots, wedding portraits, and B&W photography.

Gold produces a natural, golden, and warm color fill that is great for jewelry products, and indoor/studio portraits, etc.

Two (2) Carry bags; One for the stands and umbrella, and one strobe carry case for all three strobes, protected in their original boxes for security in transport.

These allow you to pack up all your lighting gear into two simple carrying bags to take to a new location as needed. They pack away neatly and can be stored in a car truck or a closet to get them out of the way, and set up is simple, taking no more than 10 minutes from bags to photo-ready.

Three (3) Backdrops: One 10' x 20' large fabric backdrop (makes an amazing patterned backdrop even in B/W shooting mode), and two 5'1/2" x 9'3/4"  backdrops (one pure black and one silk white - the quality of these two backdrops are improved -- much thicker than others), which are great for product shots.

The photos below are to illustrate their purposes only, only the backdrops are included in this auction and not the items featured in the photographs.

The beautiful 10X20' large colour background print is fantastic for portraits, and even works well for black & white shooting. You will get one as shown in this picture.

Three (3) Bi-Pin Halogen modeling Lamps (75-watts each) come with the BY-180B strobes.

(Note: the modeling lamps are continuous lights that do NOT flash. You can turn on the modeling lights to see exactly how the strobe light would fall on the subject and where the shadow will fall before you trigger the strobes to take a picture.)

Three (3) 6'2/3" foot Light Stands for three strobes; (Three sections, aluminum, light-weight, portable - folds down to 28" tall). These are quality stands that adequately support the strobe units in this kit.
