Darling unusual color scheme variation vintage American Bisque flower adorned elephant (with good luck knot in trunk) sitting next to a tree stump figural planter that I'd guess to be from the late 1940s/ early 50s by the color/ design...As well, most versions you see have a green stump, and the elephant's ears are brown, so I suspect this is a harder to find version... (My mother married in 1946, and received Am. Bisque S & P piggie shakers that look just like these in design/colors, etc..) This great planter would also make a cool pencil holder/catch all for your desk as well... In very nice shape, no chips, cracks or crazing...(there is a little factory flaw on the bottom surface as you can see, but does not effect the integrity of the piece..) Great elephant collectible too... I assume this is a lady elephant, as she has a sash of flowers across her chest, behind her ear..Very unusual postition/ pose for this pachaderm... Great pink and green color scheme... Measures about 3.75 inches at tipped up ear. around 5.5 in side to side, and 2.75" front to back... I love her rosy cheecks, as well... great detail/ workmanship!

In addition to personal checks (item may be held) and money orders, credit card/debit card payment can be made through Paypal. Payment REQUIRED within 24 hours of our sending an auction end invoice to buyer unless other arrangements made before bidding. WE WILL CONTACT you within 24 hrs. (or so) of auction's end...(We are a small time opperation, and while we usually contact winners within a few hours of the auction's end, sometimes we are not able to get invoices out for 24 hours or so, so you needn't request an invoice unless you have specific postage requests or if you don't hear from us for two days after the auction's end)..

We do our best to get packages on their way in a timely manner, but please be aware that due to the volume of packages we ship, sometimes we can't get items out until 3 to 5 business days after payment (depending on which day of the week you pay), so please let us know if you need the item for a gift, etc. so we can adjust our schedule...Be aware as well that the post office travel time is estimated by them, and delivery time once the item leaves our hands is beyond our control.
