* Apple series A1055, model number M9627LL/A. This model was introduced late in 2004.
* 14" screen with 1024 x 768 resolution. There are no dead pixels, pressmarks or light blotches.
* 32MB of video RAM and ATI Mobility Radeon 9200 graphics processor
* 256 MB of RAM (soldered down) plus a 512 MB DDR DIMM for a total of 768 MB. Upgradeable to 1280 MB.
* 60 GB Fujitsu hard drive
* Matsushita CW-8124 slot-loading DVD-ROM / CD-RW combo drive
* 10/100 ethernet port and Apple Airport Extreme (802.11g wireless) adapter are both included.
* 2 USB 2.0 ports, one 400 Mb/sec Firewire port, plus Motorola v.92 56K internal modem
* Bluetooth support was never included in this particular iBook.
* Battery is included and takes a charge. We do not include the AC adapter, however.
* All of the parts mentioned above are working. We have spent only about two hours with this laptop. So far it has behaved perfectly for us.
* We have erased the hard drive and performed a clean install of OS 10.4 (Tiger). When the iBook boots up, it will first ask its new owner to personalize the installation with details such as name, email address, and password.
* This iBook is in good cosmetic condition. Its lid clips to the bottom as intended. There is no discoloration on the keyboard or wristrest, just some slight wear on the trackpad.
* You are bidding on the iBook only. It does not come with any disks, manuals, cables, or software. The AC Adapter is NOT included.
