Condition . This item has been refurbished to it's original factory specifications and comes in SEALED secure packaging. It is in excellent condition and is complete with all accessories. The iPod may show some light signs of use ie. scuffs or light scratches but most look almost like new.

60 Day Limited Warranty . Brave New World Electronics offers a 60 day limited warranty on all electronics. This warranty covers hardware defects and excludes any software issues, neglect or unauthorized repair. If you encounter a problem with your Nano please contact us and we will issue an RMA for replacement. Non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Your iPod is also still under Warranty from Apple. In the case of a Warranty issue, please contact Apple first.
