This cabinet is unique in character due to it's built in vacuum system, instrument panel with regulator, and regulated pressure gauge.  It has an entry door on both sides- making it easier to have access to the items that you are blasting.  The doors both have safety sensors on them.  If the doors are not shut- the cabinet will not operate.  It also has two blasting guns (one mounted on a stiff flexible tube for smaller parts ) and the other is a hand held gun.

Being in the designing end of sandblasters for years and reviewing the products available on the market today, we created and designed the most perfect sandblast cabinet on the market, keeping you in mind through out the entire process.  Our cabinet is built with extreme durability, is very user friendly, has easy access, and is an attractive looking unit that simply gets the job done right.  Our thought all along was that if you are spending this kind of money on a piece of equipment, then you not only want it constructed well, you also want it to be equipped with the best of everything.

Our Sandblasters have the vacuum system mounted directly onto the cabinet.  This is a real genuine electric motor, not a vacuum cleaner over a barrel as seen on most other sandblast cabinets, and there are no hoses, or extra space that is needed or taken up by having to have a holding chamber device.  This unit is a real eye catcher and is a one of a kind.  The vacuum unit has a built in air filter that aids in eliminating dust particles on the venting side.  At the bottom of the system there is a place where all of the solid abrasive is pulled automatically into the system and stored.  This machine has a spring loaded cover to remove the solids once you have completed your task.  Once you have done so, simply place it back into the cabinet's abrasive hopper.  

Our BADBOY blasters are made using the uppermost durable paint available that will last a lifetime.  We use only Powder Coat Paint.  We take much pride in our merchandise and want it to be in the same exceptional quality years to come as when you first purchased it.  Our cabinets are shipped in a fully enclosed ply wood box omitting any scratches &/or dents.  Appearance is extremely important to our company in addition to construction and satisfied customers.

The construction on our cabinets are made of a 16 gauge  metal on the body and 14 gauge  the legs.  You simply cannot hurt this elite industrial cabinet.  The door arrangement on the back of the unit was built to have both a right and left door for easy and quick accessibility.  The cabinet is equipped with two fluorescent bulbs for superior lighting. 

The vacuum unit on this cabinet produces a 106 CFM of flow.  The system is very quiet compared to "sweeper motor" models over a barrel.  Barrels only magnify sound.  We built our BADBOY blaster to be of a more pleasing sound. 

Our sandblaster will consume anything from corn cob, glass bead, black beauty, soda, aluminum oxide, urethane, to polyester just to name a few.  We do not recommend using Silica sand in our blast cabinet.  Silica sand produces a hazardous dust.  If inhaled this can cause Siliceous.  This machine is made for residential, industrial, and continuous use.

Our sandblast cabinets come with a One Year Warranty on the Vacuum.  We also guarantee our products to free and clear of any defects on the material &/or parts.  We also offer a 3 day money guarantee, provided that the merchandise is in the exact same condition as when received, new and unused, and has been properly inspected by us.  Once received and approved, buyer will receive only the cost of unit back.  No shipping &/or insured expenses will be reimbursed.
