• Shipping charges are on the bottom of the page, under "Shipping & Handling" section.
• It takes us 48 business hours ( we are not open Saturday or Sunday) to process an order, even if you have paid for expedited shipping; overnight or 2nd day shipping.
• For U.S. customers, your address must be confirmed in PayPal, WE WILL NOT SHIP TO AN UNCONFIRMED ADDRESSES!
• Once an order has been placed and paid for, we can NOT change the address or redirect the order, so please make sure your shipping address in PayPal is correct BEFORE placing your order, as we only ship to confirmed addresses in PayPal at the time of purchase.

All accessory items are shipped USPS First-Class Mail, with no tracking number provided. As per USPS website - First Class Mail takes 7 business days for delivery from the time item is shipped.

If you place multiple separate orders with us at the same time, and would like the combined shipping discount, please call our office to check eligibility for combined shipping discount. Combined Shipping Discounts is not guaranteed for all orders.

General-

• If you receive a wrong or defective item please contact us within 3 days of receiving item.
• Products must be returned in the same condition as received. Boxes, packing materials, wrappers, cartons, instruction manuals, warranty cards and products must be in their ORIGINAL condition without markings, tape, folds or defacing.
• If you return or exchange a phone for any other reason than manufacturer defect you will incur a 15% restocking fee and may incur additional shipping cost if you decide you want another item shipped.
• We accept exchanges within 7 days of purchase.
• Shipping and Handling is NEVER refundable once item has shipped.

• Please call us at (818) 765-4555 Monday-Friday 9am-1pm Pacific Standard Time (California) to receive an Return Merchandise Authorization Number.
• The RMA number MUST be printed or written on the shipping box. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE OR MARK ANYTHING ON THE PHONE BOX or fees will apply.
• Products returned in other than original condition will be subject to a 15% minimum restocking fee or if returned for any other reason than manufacturer defect.
• Exchanges are made on all items that are 1) DOA (dead on arrival) or 2) Significantly different from its description on the auction page.

Cancellations-

• If you decide you would like to cancel your order please contact us directly at 818-765-4555. There are certain restrictations that apply and vary depending on purchase. We will NOT cancel orders via email. There is no gaurentee that an order can be canceled as we process shipments of accessories on a daily basis.

• Make sure that the item you are purchasing is the correct item. Returns and Exchanges for items purchased incorrectly will not be refunded or exchanged.
