• We accept PayPal only. If you do not have a PayPal account, don't worry. You can still make payment with your credit or debit card through PayPal at checkout time (no account required).

• Payment must be received immediately through PayPal unless prior arrangements were made (personal check, money order, cashier check).

• Occasionally a bedding set purchased maybe unavailable immediately and or back-ordered simply because it sold out quicker than we could end the auction. In such rare events, Your Family Bedding will email you immediately and issue you a full refund.

USA SHIPPING

• All orders are processed and shipped out within 48 hours from receiving your payment (excluding weekends & holidays). Most orders are delivered to you within 4-7 business days but actual shipping time varies as it depends on where you live in the US.

• We ship UPS Ground exclusively in the US. This guarantees a reliable, trackable and insured delivery.

• Tracking numbers will automatically be emailed to you when your order has been shipped out.

• We Do NOT ship to PO Boxes and we ONLY ship to confirmed addresses as provided by eBay and PayPal.

• Shipping Insurance is already included on every item.

• Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico residents and all APO addresses must email for a shipping quote.

• We WILL combine shipping on separate auctions and we WILL combine shipping when you add items to a single auction that you won and or a special auction that we create for you.

• Please understand that we DO NOT pad our shipping costs with extra charges. Actually, we charge you about 30% LESS than what it costs us to ship you your bedding set just so we can keep the shipping costs reasonable for you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• We ship USPS Expedite International exclusively. It is the cheapest and also guarantees a reliable and insured delivery to you. Once your package leaves the US we cannot guarantee the actual shipping time or be held responsible for delayed shipping and or lost packages. We do everything we can to ensure that your package will arrive safely and in a timely manner but we have no control over USPS and or your shipping carrier once the package enters your country.

• USPS Tracking numbers are only available for certain parts of the country. If a tracking number is available for your area it will automatically be emailed to you when your order has been shipped out.

• We ONLY ship to confirmed addresses as provided by eBay and PayPal.

• Shipping Insurance is already included on every item.

• Any duties, tariffs and or any other government fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. All custom forms that we fill out will have the actual amount that you paid for the item and marked as merchandise (no gifts).

RETURNS

• We want you to be excited and pleased with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your item please contact us immediately and we will gladly exchange the item or refund your money (excluding shipping costs & all ebay fees).

• 30 Day Return policy from the time you purchased your item. After 30 days we cannot accept the return.

• We do not accept returned items that have been used, abused or laundered.

• Items returned must be in their original condition, original packaging and folded back nice and neat or it will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

• Return shipping charges will be the sole responsibility of the buyer unless we have misrepresented the item and or the item is defective upon arrival.

• Due to the low profit, expense and labor involved for International Shipping, there are No Returns accepted on International Orders.
