Hydrogen Generator/Booster Contacts
Our Contact Disks are made of Carbon Graphite, and come fully machined and predrilled ready to install in your unit. You will also receive washers and inserts as well as prints and schematics in each box of (6) disks. These disks are made for the 4" tube type Hydrogen Generators/Boosters, with the ease of assembly in mind and can be "stacked" for larger tanks and greater Hydrogen production as needed. Our Carbon Graphite contacts feature a long life, less maintenance, and do to its low density will out produce stainless steel contacts. Carbon Graphite contacts are used in many areas today from NASA to Manufacturing, from Solar Hydrogen Generators to vehicles, and do not produce the "Cancer causing" Chromates as found in tanks using stainless steel contacts. All (stainless steel) units produce Hexavalent Chromium, and improper disposal of this "by product" electrolite (on the ground or down the sink) is illegal. Carbon Contacts are the wave of the future and are currently sold in many Countries Worldwide. Please visit our E-Bay store for these and other products.
We have purchased, built and tested several units at our facility and on our own vehicles. I am sure we have faced many of the same problems along the way (such as heat, corrosion and sufficient Hydrogen production), through testing and trials we have ventured into several of our own concepts, and enjoy the benifits we receive at the pumps and with the performance we get on our own vehicles (YOU CAN TO).
This sale is for one set (box) of 6 Contact plates and a packet of washers and inserts. It will require you to supply the threaded rod, and nuts to complete the assembly. Thank-you for looking .

Be aware that you will have free floating carbon in the tank, and this will not affect the operation of your unit. This is caused by the plating action inside of the tank and can be flushed out during normal servicing.
