You are purchasing the use of the HTML coding for this template. The HTML coding is a compilation of varies letters, numbers, and symbols that when combined will result in the template you are now viewing. In order for your auctions to display this template, you must insert the HTML code into your eBay listings.

* All graphics featured on this listing will be hosted FREE of charge for as long as need be. However, any product pictures will not be hosted by me and you must find your own hosting. You may use sites such as; photobucket, flickr, imageshack, or any other free hosting sites that can be found on the web.

* Included is a detailed step-by-step instruction manual that I have written to show you how to input the coding for your template. For those of you who are visual creatures, I will include screenshots along with the instructions. I will send you a PDF and/or word document containing the manual along with your coding.

* I will provide FREE product support for the first week should anyone have continued issues with their template. If you are still having problems inputting the code, I will help you myself!

Auction templates and the graphics associated with the template will remain the sole property of ms.nikkistar. The template will not be shared, used outside of eBay, duplicated, distributed, sold to another eBay member, nor will the template be altered in any way. Use of this template is strictly prohibited by any member that has not purchased it. Please remember that I have worked hard on all my graphics and I am charging a very reasonable amount, so please be fair and don't share.

If the template is viewed on another eBay members auction that has not purchased the html, an invoice via paypal will be submitted to the user, and eBay support staff will be contacted.

ms.nikkistar will not be held accountable for items being sold by any members who purchase the use any of my templates. If a problem should occur with a member using a template, please contact eBay support.

ms.nikkistar templates have a "no right click" script added to all templates. This script must remain within the template when used by any eBay member purchasing it. I do realize that there are ways to obtain the coding, but this is one way in which I can protect my work.
