*POSTAGE. My shipping charge covers the cost of postage, delivery confirmation, protective packaging (water resistant envelopes or bubble mailers, bubble wrap or tissue paper filler), tape, and the label. NO HANDLING fees.

*COMBINED SHIPPING. Single items (as opposed to lots) can be combined for a flat rate: in the US for $5.25, Canada & Mexico $9.50, everywhere else for $11.50. If the checkout combined postage is incorrect, please 'request total from seller'.

*PAYMENT. I prefer paypal. US and Canadian customers may also mail a money order (Postal MO preferred). Please send payment within 48 hours of the purchase.

*PACKAGING. Everything is well protected against damage.

*TRACKING. Every package has a reference number that can be confirmed at www.usps.com. Find the tracking number from the eBay auction page and paste into the track & confirm box at www.usps.com.

*IMPRINTING. The journals in my store can be personalized with imprints of a name, phrase, etc. Usual turnaround time is 24 hours, though I can sometimes do same day rush if you buy and communicate the details early in the day. 1.
