Just like when shopping at a real-life store, you may want to have your new clothing cleaned before wearing it. When retail tags are attached the item is stated to be "New with Tags." In case a flaw is discovered we make sure to mention it.
We offer Flat rate domestic shipping via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days domestic delivery) with Free Delivery Confirmation. A delivery confirmation number will be automatically sent to you by e-mail. Please note that USPS may update online tracking information as late as 2 business days after the pickup. Check their website again if details about your order do not show up yet.
Insurance is optional. Please note that we cannot possibly be responsible for the loss of or damage to shipped packages. If you have any concerns we recommend that you insure your package for additional protection and peace of mind.
