For shipments to Kentucky addresses, we are required by State law to collect 6% Sales Tax.
For items picked up at Tennessee facility, we are required by State law to collect 7% Sales Tax.

Shipping

All Shipments to Canada require the buyer to contact Ingram Water & Air Equipment for rates.  Default shipping cost is estimated for terminal or business delivery.  Residential Shipping rates will incur a $95 lift gate fee which will be on a seperate invoice.  Standard Shipping options are separated into South Eastern States/Coast Zones and Western/North Eastern States/Coast Zones.  Standard Shipping starts at $225 to South Eastern Zones and $265 for Western/North Eastern Zones.  Please contact Ingram's Water & Air for any shipping information questions.

Returns

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
