United States shipping: The Standard Flat Rate Shipping price is for shipping in the United States (the "lower 48" only). Delivery time is 5 to 7 business days. When you checkout, you will have an opportunity to upgrade your shipping. Express will be sent either USPS Priority or FedEx and should arrive in 3 business days or faster. FedEx Overnight and Second Day services are also offered. If you are needing this item shipped to a PO BOX, military APO, Alaska, Hawaii, or any US possession (such as Puerto Rico or Guam), we can only use USPS. If the item is over 13 ounces, it must be shipped USPS Priority Mail. This is the only shipping option you will receive at checkout. Canadian and International shipping: FedEx Express is an air service with no brokerage fees. As the buyer, you are responsible to pay for all customs and duties. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and money orders.  Please note that if you are paying with an eCheck through PayPal, it will take about a week for these funds to transfer. Returns are accepted if you notify us within 3 days of receipt.  We only sell new items.  Therefore, please make note that the item must be unused, all tags are still on it, and that it is in the original packaging. Many of our items offer Free Shipping.  Items that are returned are subject to a deduction from the refund to cover the original cost of shipping and handling to you. Your refund will be credited back to the payment method with which you paid us.
