This is one of several items my ten year old daughter and I have sold on e-bay (we are slowly becoming pros)! My daughter, who is a Girl Scout and I are selling items little by little to get money to send care packages to our American soldiers we adopted in Iraq.So you can buy our Olympic hero and support our brave American heroes at the same time! Thank you for looking and helping us support our troops.

            This auction is for one “Sports Illustrated” August 25, 2008 edition hot off the presses! It has no mailing label or white block to block out an address label, just a bar code! (After a few questions from e-bayers on this issue and calling SI, I was told that all of their magazines have a bar code!) It is in mint condition and has never been read or even opened!  It is the magazine that everyone is talking about with Michael Phelps on the cover doing the Mark Spitz pose! It will be shipped in a protective cover and within 24 hours of payment received!

I would keep it for a collector’s item, but right now our Army unit needs supplies more than my need to collect things. As I stated before, my daughter and I are becoming seasoned e-bay sellers for our Army unit, so we strive to provide excellent customer service. If you have any questions please let me know.
