We do not combine shipping charges and do not offer local pick-up.

Sellers are not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen or damaged items by USPS.

All packages that are returned to us by USPS as undeliverable are subject to an additional shipping charge to reship the item.

It is the Buyers responsibility to make sure the address they send with their payment is their current and correct address. We are not responsible for packages shipping to the incorrect address. Warranty and Returns

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for different items.

This item comes with a 30-day warranty from our company. If you encounter a problem, please contact us with a detailed description of the issue so we can assist you. If we are unable to assist you through email, we will issue an RMA form and have you send the item back for a replacement. If a replacement is needed, you will receive the same model as the item you won. Our warranty expires 30 days from the date of purchase.

We encourage our buyers to purchase the SquareTrade warranty for coverage of 1 year from the purchase date. This warranty begins coverage begins 30 days our warranty expires.

Turn around time once the non-working item is received, is 1-3 business days, depending on the extent of testing required.
