- USA orders can ship First Class at $5.99 or Priority Mail at $8.89 for the first item and $3.90 for each additional item (most expensive shipping item is always considered the first item).
- First Class takes 1-10 business days, averages are 5-7, from when we ship your item. USPS does not guarantee this however and only states they will be delivered in up to 30 days as a guarantee.
- Priority Mail takes 1-3 days, but USPS Guarantees it in 4 days from pickup from our door.
- Shipping rates above include actual shipping prices, handling fees, and all packaging.
- Insurance is required at a rate of $0.50 per item.
- On multiple purchases, the Vendio Checkout System is used to add in the first item, or highest item's base shipping. Each item will be given a discount off of shipping and insurance that equals $3.90 per item.
- PAYPAL Customers please be aware that you must use your confirmed address. Please verify your address during checkout. We will only ship to the address given to us by you, no exceptions due to fraud potential.

- For ALL International orders, S&H is $7.40 USD for your first item and $3.90 USD for each additional item(s).

- Are You Bidding on multiple auctions? Please wait until all of the auctions have ended, and complete the checkout from the most recent email that you received from us. You may always add on items from our eBay store as well.
- When checkout is completed, you will not be able to combine any additional auctions. This checkout is what allows us to ship out your item in an average of 24 hours or less.

- All products come with a manufacturer warranty since we go through the direct factories on our products. If there is a defect, we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the product price less S&H within 30 days of your purchase receipt verified at USPS.
- Any returns will be made within 7 days of receiving the item, no exceptions and exchanges will only be made after 7 days.
- Any used media, cds, downloads, or tech support assessed validates use of the item and it's copyright law applies, even if item is free. Returns are not allowed on these items.
- Returns and exchanges may take up to 3 days to process once we have received it, please send an email ahead of time so we may look out for your item.
