. Restocking fees only apply to return for refund (include defective item), return for exchange are not subject to restocking fees.

If a return is needed, the buyer must contact us by email at support@vistardistribution.com within 7 days of the receipt of the item to obtain an RMA number or a refund/exchange will not be granted. Once an RMA number is received, we must receive the item within 10 days or the RMA will be cancelled permanently. All Returned Merchandise must be accompanied by an RMA number. Returned Merchandise without an RMA number will be refused.

Buyers are responsible for ALL return shipping and insurance costs. All RMAs take 3-7 days to process after receiving the merchandise back. Once received, we will exchange/replace the defective item or provide refund for item return to us as working item after we test the product. All Returned Products found to be non-defective upon inspection will be subject to a 20% service fee. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. All return items for refund are subject to restocking fees mention above base on the condition of the item.
