Fancy a wild boar? Go and hunt one in the nearby Strandzha Park. (Hunting license required). Fresh fish? Try the nearby Karaagach river.

The Strandzha National Park (also spelt Strandja and Stranja) in the southeast is Bulgaria’s largest. It borders the Black Sea and is famous for its oak and beech forests.

The nearby Ropotamo Reserve on the banks of the River Ropotamo has a diverse landscape ranging from cliffs and forests to sandy beaches, dunes and swamps; the Arkutino swamp is a shelter for many rare bird species.

Close to the beach

Construction of Seagarden Estate began in June 2007. Both off-plan and partly finished properties are available. All the houses in phase 1 have received the Akt "14" certification.

Mekoa Seagarden Estate is located near the Oasis resort, close to Lozenets village in the municipality of Tsarevo, Burgas Province, Bulgaria.

The neighbouring village to the north is Kiten in Primorsko municipality, to the south is Tzarevo town, and Ahtopol village. Sozopol town is about 26km north of Lozenetz, the Duyni resort about 16km north.
