This product usually ships from the warehouse next business day from the time we receive the payment. 

Product will be shipped via UPS, DHL or Federal Express. The method of delivery will be standard ground shipping. If you require expedited shipping such as Next Day Service, please give one of our Customer Care Representatives a call at 1-877-512-9724 prior to bidding or using the buy it now option. Once we have confirmation that this unit has shipped, we will forward the tracking information to you. Please inspect your shipment upon arrival for any damages.

Once we have confirmation that this unit has shipped, we will forward you the tracking information so you can schedule a delivery time.

Important Additional Shipping Info

- CompactAppliance will not ship outside of the Continental U.S.
- We do not ship to APO addresses, FPO addresses or PO Boxes.
- We include insurance on all shipments.
- Deliveries are made during the weekdays only. No weekend deliveries.
- In order to track the shipment, the winning bidder will need to provide a password that can be up to 10 characters in length and it can be a combination of letters and numbers. It's imperative for the winning bidder to provide this password so the shipment can be tracked. We use these measures to protect our customer's information.

Hours of Operation

Our normal business hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Standard Time Monday through Friday. We will reply to all emails sent to us over the weekend on the following Monday.

Returns Policy

Most products may be returned for any reason within the first 30 days after delivery. Portable air conditioners, portable air coolers, and heaters are only eligible for return within the first 15 days after delivery. Returned products must be in a new, fully functional, and undamaged condition, and must include the original box, packing materials, manuals, and accessories. All returns must have a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). Returns related to orders that included “free shipping” will be subject to a 15% restock fee. SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE AND THE PURCHASER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF THE RETURN SHIPPING. All returns will be inspected and Compact Appliance.com reserves the right to adjust the refund on the return depending upon the condition of the returned product. 

Returns must be shipped to us by using the same means of transportation as the product was delivered to you. You would need to contact us at 1-877-512-9724 to obtain an Return Authorization Number (RA #) prior to returning your product so that we can process your return. All unauthorized returns will be refused at the time of delivery and no credit will be issued.

Defective Products

Your satisfaction is our top priority. The products we sell carry the manufacturers warranty and all product defects would go through the manufacturer. We can assist you with contacting the manufacturer if you have any problems but the warranty is ultimately the manufacturers responsibility.

Damages

We will gladly exchange or give you a refund for the full amount of the merchandise so long as you contact us within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. Damaged products must have the original box, packaging materials, manuals, and accessories. Once we are contacted in accordance with the above procedures, we will have the shipping company return to the delivery location to pick up the damaged product. Please make sure the product is available and ready for the pick-up attempt in order to avoid delays and possible cancellation of the pick-up. If you do not make the product available for pick-up, you will be required to ship the product back yourself. Please call us ASAP at 877-512-9724 to set up a return for a damaged product.

Terms and Conditions

However, in the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Compact Appliance shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders for that particular product.
