WARRANTY: Items that are new or reconditioned have warranties unless noted. These warranties are good through the manufacturer, not from BrandNewEngines. We will be happy to assist you through e-mail with direct manufacturer contact information for warranty related issues. Transportation costs of shipping warranty items to the service center will be the responsibility of you, the product owner. DAMAGE: If you see a sign of damage to your product, please mark it as damaged on the shipping ticket when signing for it. Please send us an e-mail with a description of the damage and a shipping claim will be filed.

RETURNS: We will only accept returns on new, never used items, and items never having gas and/or oil added. NO EXCEPTIONS! Items shipped with gas and/or oil added are considered hazardous to the shipping carrier, us and consequently our insurance company. New item returns must be authorized through us with a certified RMA number. We will decline returns made to us without a certified RMA number. A restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price applies. Return shipping fees will be paid by the customer and are non refundable. If you sign the delivery receipt and later discover the item does not work properly, please check the warranty paperwork included and contact the manufacturer for service.

If a replacement engine is incorrect, the buyer may return the never used (meaning never been ran, filled with gas nor oil) engine to BrandNewEngines at their expense. The engine must be shipped with full insurance and a 20% restocking fee will be charged. Purchase of any product on our website confirms that you have read our policies and agree with them in whole. We will not be liable for failure to complete any transaction due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to: fire, strike, labor dispute, war, embarge, delay in transportation, act of God or any circumstance beyond the control of BrandNewEngines.
