1. Shipping Company requires adult to be present to take delivery.
2. California Customers must pay 7.75% sales taxes.
3. Free Local pickup by appointment only
4. Delivery dates are approximate and no liability can be accepted for late deliveries. Our carriers are only insured to deliver to ground floor locations; they will not carry any items upstairs. If you require goods to be carried upstairs, please let us know and we will try to arrange it. Goods will not be left if there is no one available to receive them. If goods have to be redelivered because no one is available on the agreed delivery date there will be an additional charge made. If the order is cancelled after an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the delivery charge will not be refunded.
5. You agree to open all boxes and remove protective packaging and advise us of any damage within 7 days of delivery. Any transit damage must be detailed on the carrier’s delivery note at the receipt of delivery. Our carriers will require that you sign for goods in good condition on delivery.

Returns Policy

All Items sold by us are in Brand New condition unless otherwise stated in the auction

No returns accepted once the item is shipped. All orders are subject to 20% cancellation charge. If the buyer still wishes to return the item after the item is shipped restocking fee will be charged and shipping charges to ship the item back will be Borne by the buyer. In addition:

1) Goods must be in their original condition and in their original box and packaging. Any opened packaging must be resealed for collection
2) You are responsible for handing the goods over to the collection courier in perfect condition.
3) A refund will only be issued after goods have been inspected and are deemed to be in a saleable condition. These conditions do not apply to damaged goods, please see below.
