If payment is received prior to 12PM Eastern time, item will ship same day. Otherwise, item will ship next business day (that excludes weekends and holidays).

WARRANTY & RETURNS POLICY:

All defected/doa products may be returned for an EXCHANGE only if reported within the first 7 days after receiving the item. Any problem reported after 7 days must be taken up with the manufacturer or cellular network operator. Item must be returned in like-new condition, with no visible signs of damage or misuse.

Returns for working items are also accepted for up to 14 days after receiving the item. Items must be returned in new/like-new condition, with original box, accessories, manuals, etc included. Phones must have 30 minutes or less of talk time in order to qualify for a return authorization. Failure to comply will void your return authorization. Returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping and handling charges.

All returns that have not been authorized, such as: No One Home, Wrong Address, Package Refusal, Unclaimed, No Signature, etc. Will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
