Return of item is only acceptable if the defect is caused by the manufacturer and must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Items must be returned in its original status with full package, including manuals, documentation, registration cards, accessories, etc. SIGHTERZ will be responsible for outbound postage while customers will be obligate for the inbound postage.
