Chapters include just about every toy maker whoever made a toy car or truck, whether diecast, pressed steel, cast iron, tin, plastic or whatever.  There are over 250 different toy companies listed, including Arcade, hot Wheels, Hubley, Hess, Brookline, Wyandotte, matchbox, Tonka, Japanese Tin, Promo's, Renwal, Marx, Doepke, Buddly L, Barclay, Tru-Scale, Smith-miller, Minic, Nylint, Dinky, Hill Climber, Tootsietoy, Chein, and Metalcraft.  All toys are priced in three conditions.
