Shipping |

The auction winner pays for shipping via
UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. A tracking number will be
e-mailed upon shipment. This fixed Shipping & Handling charge
only applies to residents of the continental U.S. Extra
charges will apply for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, APO, PO
Boxes, and Canada. Canadian customers are responsible
for any tariffs. Sorry, we do not ship to international destinations. |

Return
Policy |

We will gladly accept returns if for any
reason you are not satisfied with the product. There
will be a minimum of 15% restocking fee plus the original
cost of shipping. Please keep in mind that any returns
must be made within 14 days from the receipt of the item.
If the item is defective or damaged upon receipt, please email
us immediately in order to obtain an RMA number within 14
days upon the receipt of the item. Damage caused during
installation is not considered as product deficiency and will
not be covered by warranty. Any returns made without
an RMA number will be sent back at the shipper's expense.
We will exchange any defective products free of charge.
Refunds are not available for defective items.
