I have finally completed Baby Robbie!  He is a very special baby that can be seen on the hit TV Series "Sophie" starting in September.  Robbie is the 6 month old son of the star of the show, Sophie herself!  I will be adding photos and a trailer from the show if I can get one to my website...but not until after the show airs!  Keep your eyes open for him!  Thank you for being patient while waiting for me to list another baby.

This adorable baby girl was created from the amazing Ariella kit, sculpted by Reva Schick!  Chelsea is such a big girl who loves to be snuggled!  I adore the Ariella sculpt and have captured the essence of a gorgeous baby girl, a sleeping angel has been born!

Serious Bidders Only!!  She is a baby for the serious doll-collector created with hours of love and dedication to the art of reborning.  I strive for perfection with each of my babies and am constantly updating my methods and learning new techniques to use.  I take great pride in my babies and spend many hours on the tiny details that make them so realistic, absolutely nothing is left untouched.  She is a true OOAK (One Of A Kind) artist created heirloom baby, signed, dated and numbered on the back of her neck.  You can rest assured that you will be adopting a quality artist made reborn baby when you adopt from The Nearly Newborn Nursery.

Sweet Chelsea's Birth Experience

This gorgeous baby has been created using Genesis heat-set artists paints.  She was painted with my own special multi-layer technique that allows for realism to emerge from a simple blank vinyl canvas.  Each layer was completely cured before the next was applied.  These paints will not fade, peel or wear off over time.  Chelsea has amazing textured baby skin with incredible detail.

         She has been given a custom made White Doe Suede body that is jointed at the hips and shoulders.  Chelsea has soft 3/4 arms and full legs that have been filled with the tiniest glass beads, topped with premium polyfil and then well sealed to prevent leakage.  Her body has been weighted using tiny glass granules that are enclosed in a little sachet and then placed inside of her body.  I have very meticulously balanced her weight so that she feels like she is alive in your arms!  She is then lightly stuffed with premium non-clumping polyfil, not too much so that she keeps her baby feel!  Her head has been weighted with glass beads and then also filled with polyfil and sealed.  You will need to help her support her head just as you would a real baby. She feels so wonderful in your arms, you will be just waiting for her to wake up!

Gorgeous Detailed Baby Skin!

Chelsea has the most gorgeous, super soft micro-rooted baby hair in a fabulous shade of Dark Blonde.  It is absolutely the best that I have come across...thank to Sue for this hair!  Her hair has been sealed from the inside with a waterproof sealant that will not harm the vinyl.  I have used the tiniest needle available (42 gauge) and have directionally rooted 1-2 hairs at a time in a natural infant growth pattern.  Her hair can be lightly moistened and gently styled as you wish.  Chelsea has been given micro-rooted baby lashes to match her hair and she has beautiful eyebrows that have been painted on in a 'single-stroke' method and textured for added realism.

This is a very close up photo taken with my macro setting to show you the incredible detail that I have put into making this baby girl. 

    I have very carefully tipped Chelsea's nails in a soft, natural white so that they appear as though they have just been clipped.  Her sweet nose has been gently sculpted open and backed with dark felt for added depth and realism.  Her lips have been tinted in several thin layers of natural baby pinks, reds and purples, you can even see some blue veins showing through.  Her nails and lips have been sealed for durability.

Chelsea's travel ticket will cost:

$34.00 to travel to any US home

 $28.00 to travel to any Canadian home

 $89.00 to travel to an International home

 Policy Changes

It is unfortunate that it had to come to this; however, there seems to be a high number or bidders that do not wish to pay.  Serious bidders ONLY please!

Adoption fees will only be accepted through Paypal . Payment is due within 3 days.  If you are unable to pay with PayPal, email us prior to bidding to make alternate arrangements.  Buy-it-now will require immediate payment.  If you have less than 10 feedback, email us prior to bidding to avoid cancellation of your bid.

Payment Plan Information

For auctions ending over $500.00 USD, we offer layaway.  First payment (minimum of 30%) is due upon auction end, final payment is due within 60 days.  First payment is non-refundable.

For auctions ending between $1000.00-$2000.00 USD, we offer layaway over 90 days.  Same terms apply as above.
