Handling

orders will be charged a handling fee of $5.00 plus the ACTUAL cost of shipping
the item to you. Actual shipping cost is based on your location and the weight
and size of the order being shipped. Every effort will be made to ship
your item to you in the safest and lightest possible package and still have it
arrive safely to you in the condition you purchased it in. International
buyers please request a shipping quote BEFORE you bid!
Local Pick-Up
Local
pick-up can be arranged if you live close by. I encourage local pick up
of items to eliminate the shipping cost. There will be a discounted
handling fee of $3.00 added to any local pick up order.
Combined Shipping On Multiple Purchases
A
handling charge of $5.00 is applied for each single order and for each
additional order purchased an additional handling fee of $3.00 is applied. In
addition to the handling fee is the ACTUAL shipping fee, which is determined by
the weight and size of the package once it is ready for shipping. Items
may be combined for shipping if purchased within 24 hours with notification to
me that you are purchasing multiple items. You will be sent a combined invoice
once you notify me that you are finished shopping.
Refunds
We will only issue a refund if your item is not
as it was described in the auction. Will refund only the winning bid
amount, if paying through paypal will subtract paypal fee. Buyer must assume
all shipping expenses and must return product at their own expense. Will not
refund on lost or damaged product due to shipping. We pack items for shipping
very securely and in most cases when shipping through Canada Post the shipping
insurance is included up to $100.00 Canadian.
