**Shipping and Handling Options**
Our handling charges include the cost of the rugged crush-proof box, special
anti-static bubble wrap and packing, double wide packing tape, and foam packing
(when required). Memory, Motherboard and other smaller static sensitive
devices require a special anti-static self sealing bubble bag as well. Some
packages require additional handling or attention not listed. Please keep
in mind that the physical weight of an item does not always dictate its cost to
ship. There are many circumstances/items that require large packing, so
even if the physical weight of an item is considerably smaller (such an LCD
monitor, etc) in weight, the physical dimensions of the box will cause the
carrier of the item to consider its weight much greater, making the cost of
that shipment greater (referred to as dimensional weight).

- Pickup is free.
- At the time of pick-up please
bring a printed copy of your invoice.
- If you plan to pick-up your
auction, please checkout first, and select pick-up.
- All orders are double checked
by our technicians before they can be picked-up. Please allow up to 2
business days prior to pick-up. We will email you when your purchase is
ready for pick-up.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- In order to process and ship orders, SmartSourceAV/ComputerSales
requires a valid phone number.
- All equipment has come off of
lease or rent from SmartSource inventory and may have scratches or
aesthetic flaws.
- SmartSourceAV/ComputerSales provides a warranty on DOA
equipment. This warranty is void if the customer fails to report in
writing any or all operational defects of the product within 1 day of
receipt of equipment, if the customer resells or redistributes the
equipment, if the customer makes any hardware or software change or
upgrade to the equipment. This includes loading any software or operating
system, upgrading components etc.

RETURNS: All sales are final and
returns will not be accepted.
NOTE: Damaged goods in shipment will
be subject to SmartSourceAV/ComputerSales standard shipping terms and
conditions.
EXCHANGE: Exchanges will be
acceptable only if product arrives DOA. In this case, a new item will be
shipped out after the original is returned in none negligent manner. Please
note that if the product is left outside of your door for Fed Ex pick-up, the
customer will be held accountable for the lost/damaged property. All exchanges
sent via Fed Ex Ground. If a like product is not available for exchange, an
exception may be made for a return. In this case, you will be given a refund
after the product has been returned in tact to our warehouse
