have won an auction you will receive a confirmation e-mail from MyPerfumesUSA.
This will provide you with a link to view your order and complete your
transaction. All payments are due within 7 days (no exception).

All orders
are shipped with USPS services with a shipment rate below.
We provide optional
insurance services for $1.50. Your order will be shipped within
1-2 business days (Monday through Friday), after we receive payment. Please be
advised that we ship items to confirmed paypal addresses only.

international shipments:
All orders
are shipped with USPS First class All duties, customs fees and brokerage
charges for shipments are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please check
with your local customs office for information prior to purchase. We may, at our
discretion, limit the purchase amount of international sales.
Shipping
time:
Orders placed on a holiday, a Saturday or Sunday, or after 3 PM Eastern Time on
a regular business day will be shipped on the next business day. USPS will
deliver your package an average of 2 to 4 days within the US and 10 to15 days
internationally. However, in some cases, delivery of the item may take longer.
MyPerfumesUSA will not be responsible for delays in the shipment of your order,
while the package is in transit. If you have a specific date that you need your
item to be delivered, please contact us at
info@MyPerfumesUSA.com for express delivery options.
Please note that MyPerfumesUSA will not be responsible for shipping errors
related to incorrect shipping addresses. If your
package is returned to us marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable",
and you would like to have it re-shipped, you will be charged the applicable
shipping fee. Shipping and handling costs
include the expense of labor, quality packing materials, and rigorous quality
control.

Damaged or
Lost Packages:
Please
contact us within 3 days if your item arrived damaged. You must keep all
contents and packaging for 10 business days. All claims against the common
carrier will be made by us. Failure to keep all contents and packaging will
result in the non-payment of claim. We will not be responsible for, nor issue a
refund, if notified after three (3) business days.
MyPerfumesUSA will not be responsible for damaged or lost items, unless they are
insured.
Please
notify us within 15 days from the date of your order if you did not receive it.
Return
Policy:
All our
products are backed by our guarantee of 100% satisfaction. If for any
reason you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange an item in its original
condition within
30
days. After receiving the item and it is accepted**, your refund or new item
will be processed in just a few days. Items returned after
30
days will not be eligible for a refund. MyPerfumesUSA will not be responsible
for loss or damage of return shipments.
**All returns are reviewed by our Quality Control department. Any item that has
been opened, not in its original condition or damaged in any way by customers is
non-returnable. You must contact us via email to obtain a return authorization
number for your return. Return authorization number should be displayed clearly
on the package where it can be seen easily. Items with no return authorization
number, improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.
Preparing a
return:

Include the original or a copy of your invoice.
2.
Make sure the item is in perfect condition, in its original box, to ensure full
credit.
3. Write your
return authorization number clearly on the package where it can be seen
easily.
4. Ship your
item fully insured, and request a return receipt or signature confirmation to
guarantee that your shipment has reached its destination.
