What Do You Get For Your Money?
Package Receiving:
We can receive your package from any shipper within the United States and from any carrier including DHL, UPS, FedEx and the US Post Office. We will not accept any package mailed from outside the United States. And better yet, this is a physical address so if necessary our staff will be there to sign for the package, this is NOT a unmanned Postal Box.
If you are expecting multiple packages, we offer free storage for up to 14 days (if you need a bit longer, just contact us). Once all the items are recieved, we will gladly consolidate them into the most economical and safe packaging.
Inspection and Quality Assurance Services:
We will open the package and inspect the contents for any damage and verify that it matches the packing slip or eBay auction listing. We will photograph the item and e-mail you the photos plus a detailed list of the items (size, color, etc.) so that you may verify that what we got was what you bought. At that time we will offer the choice of shippers and any packaging costs if you choose to consolidate your items or down-size your box.
If there is a problem with your item such as damage or incorrect item recieved, we will hold the item in a secure location for up to 14 days until we recieve further notice from you what you want done. We can return the item as per your instructions and will contact you with any fees that may involve prior to doing so.
Forwarding Services:
Once payment is recieved as invoiced, our professionally trained staff will pack the item up safely and ship it out within 48 hours. We'll even take care of the paperwork! You'll recieve an e-mail with any tracking information.

Handling Fee: $5.99 per box shipped to you, not per box recieved
Package Consolidation Fee: $1.99 per box for two or more boxes combined
Storage Fee (After 14 Days): $4.99 per week, per box
Inspection/Verification/Document Fee: $3.99

What can I have forwarded by you?
Any items that are allowed by the US Government, the merchant, the carriers and of course your country. If you're not sure, please contact us PRIOR to buying the item so that we can let you know if it is allowed to be shipped to your country. Stuff Out The Door cannot be held responsible if you purchase an item without determining if it can not be shipped to your country first.
Are there any sales taxes?
If you purchase an item online from a seller or company within the state of Arizona, there will be an additional 7.8% sales tax included in your cost to them. If it is purchased outside the state of Arizona, there are no sales taxes.
What about duties, taxes & customs?
Your package may be subject to duties, taxes or tariffs in your country. These fees vary by country and they are solely your responsiblity. The full value of the item purchase will be stated on all shipping forms, we will not adjust the value on any paperwork for insurance purposes. If you have any questions, please contact your local customs department for more information.
What about documents?
Documents are not usually charged duties, but you will want to contact your country's customs department to make sure.
What about insurance?
Insurance can be purchased and will be included in your invoice.
