What items can you buy?  Any items which are not prohibited or regulated by the US Government, the merchant, FedEx, DHL, and/or your country.  If you are unsure, fell free to email or call Package Receipts with your intended purchase.  Package Receipts will let you know if your item is available for shipping to your country.  Package Receipts will not ship to the following Embargo countries:  Iran, Cuba, Libya, Syria, Sudan, Myrmar, and North Korea. Package Receipts cannot be held responsible should you purchase an item and find out that it is considered prohibited for shipping to your country.

Okay, I am interested...but how does it work?

1.  Purchase this Auction and Package Receipts emails you our physical address, email address and telephone number.  If you are not confirmed with Paypal, you will need to provide proof of identity.  This can be done at any shipping store or copy and print center in your country

2.  Shop Ebay and other online sites and have your items shipped to the Package Receipts address provided.  Remember if you are unsure whether an item can be shipped to your country, call or email Package Receipts first.

3.  Package Receipts will receive your items, consolidate them if necessary and provide you with a price for shipping.

4.  You pay Package Receipts for the packaging(if Package Receipts sees that it can lessen your shipping rates) and shipping costs through Paypal.

What about duties, taxes, customs and brokerage fees?  Your package may be subject to duties and taxes in your country.   These fees vary by country and they are will be your responsibility. Duties and Taxes are usually based on the Declared value listed on the commercial invoice included with each shipment.  Brokerage fees are usually part of the transportation fees when shipping International Express packages.  Please contact your local customs office for more information on duties or import fees.

Are there duties, taxes and customs on document shipments? Document shipments are usually not charged duties, taxes and customes by the import country.
