Vintage razor blade hone or sharpener. From an old warehouse find, this is unused with original paperwork instructions and salesman's wholesale agreement. Gorgeous red color with a bit of amber on the ends. Bottom marked as shown. We believe this is 1930s or 1940s. A great historical example of make-do-with-less!
