Shipping in the U.S. ONLY...I almost always ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment, usually immediately upon receipt of payment, excluding weekends and holidays.
Most items are pre-owned and sold AS-IS. I will not knowingly sell anything that is broken or useless unless I sell it in a scrap or craft auction and identify it as broken. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I ship through PayPal with delivery confirmation and tracking number and rely on the buyer for their accuracy in address information. Therefore once the USPS receives the package I cannot be responsible for lost shipments. I am always available to address concerns and/or answer questions through the ebay email system.

A Note about Feedback: A smart seller (or buyer) doesn't leave feedback until the transaction is completed. I believe since the buyer is the first to know when the transaction is completed, the buyer should leave feedback first. As a seller, I will NEVER leave feedback after payment because the transaction is NOT over yet. I will rate the buyer from the time they made payment until the time they left feedback, which indicates to me that they are happy with their item.
Communication is key if there are any problems and I welcome the opportunity to resolve any problems before feedback is left.
