RULE #1:
SO WHAT IS (ARE) THE CONDITION OF THE ITEM(S)?
Now, keep in mind that eBay should be a fun place to shop and find great items. I will do everything to make you happy with your auction experience! As is, this item(s) comes from a non-smoking, extremely clean and dust free home. The item was kept in the dark (no sunlight damage), it has never been dropped, has no dents and has no scratches. The item(s) is (are) in Mint condition and shows minimal use (if otherwise, the condition will be stated in the description. And if you’re a 1st time rookie to eBay, I’m willing to work with you and unlike many other auctioneers I will not turn my back on you just because you’re new and have no feedback stars. However, I ask that you communicate with me prior to the bid ending so that I know that you are interested in not getting an UNPAID STRIKE for ruining a transaction that could have been completed by someone truly committed to the item.

RULE #3:
CAN I PICK UP FROM YOU DIRECTLY, AND SKIP THE SHIPPING?
NO! I WILL SHIP EVERY ITEM Unless you just bid on a TV, VCR, Baby Basinet or other heavy electronic item, this question will be deleted upon receipt and will not be responded to if asked.
RULE #4:
DO YOU SHIP TO UNCONFIRMED ADDRESSES?
No! We will ship only to the address that shows up in your Ebay account via the invoice. We will however ship, in the future, to other addresses for “gift” or other purposes once you have established your good standing with DARC BOOKS INK by bidding, paying, and completing previous transactions.
RULE #5:
WHEN & HOW DO YOU SHIP?
Item will be shipped the Friday after payment is received. So, by default, any payments made Saturday through Thursday, I’ll ship on that following Friday. However, I do try to ship ASAP to those who pay within minutes of the transaction’s end (I can’t promise you anything, for sure, but I’ve made plenty bidders happy so far). Simply put, the quicker the payment, the quicker the shipping! I myself am a collector who doesn’t like to wait for collectibles, so I will treat you with respect, full sincerity and I will ship to you as soon as possible as long as you’re a great bidder who has great communication and fantastic payment time. I SHIP EVERY PACKAGE WITH A DELIVERY CONFIRMATION… (as long as the total of the items and the shipping is ABOVE $20) which is traceable through the United States Postal Service website. And please note that Flat Packages / Envelopes under ¾ of an inch thick can not be traced either, as it is not allowed by the USPS. Otherwise, I will always put a Delivery Confirmation on every “envelope” and “box” package and I will send you the tracking number, via e-mail, the SAME or NEXT day that I send the package.
IF FOR ANY REASON, I DO NOT PLACE A DELIVERY CONFIRMATION ON YOUR PACKAGE, I WILL PERSONALLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER IF THERE IS ANY PROBLEM WITH YOUR DELIVERY AND DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO KEEP YOU A VERY, VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER.

Please don’t tell me that you didn’t read this after bidding and winning. If you bid, this is part of the auction… to read the ENTIRE listing! I’m sorry, but with the new rates, I’ve had to raise my shipping rate after several losses. However, keep in mind that the shipping would obviously be a LOT more than the actual item, which I personally don’t think is fair, and so this is why I didn’t allow international sales prior to 2006. But due to the popularity of my items in other countries (especially Australia), if a bidder wants it bad enough and is willing to pay for it, I’m willing to ship anywhere!
Be assured bidders, that you will get some cool extras if you decide to go for the item internationally. I haven’t gotten any complaints yet from any international bidders with the extras that I include.

THE SHIPPING SEEMS KIND OF EXPENSIVE. WHAT’S UP WITH THAT?
Well, actually, the shipping includes extremely careful shipping and handling to make sure that your items get to you in perfect condition. I take pride in every package that I send in making sure that every item gets to every bidder in the best condition possible. Not to mention, the shipping also includes the price for ALL bonus items acquired during the auction to those awesome high bidders! And trust me, if you look at all of my feedback, you’ll notice that not one complaint has ever come in about the shipping as every item makes it in mint condition and the additional book extras are always loved! Keep in mind that the most generous bidders get some great packages!

I PURCHASED MULTIPLE ITEMS. CAN YOU COMBINE MY SHIPPING?
NO. Currently our system does not support combined shipping. I will however give you $2 off the shipping of each additional shipping as long as you mention coupon code “DARC DOUBLE” when you bid on and win more than one item, for as many items as you bid and win on. That’s not a bad deal, is it?
