1. Once the auction has closed, customer will be contacted either over the phone o via email to stablish a design concept.
2. Customer will provided all material nescesary ( Pictures, text, logos or trademarks, etc).
3. During the first week a rough skecth will provided to the customer for review.
4. Once a final draft has been approved , the site will be launched and fully tested.

• All pictures must provided by customer in digital format, with a resolution no less than 72ppi and 300px X 300px.
• Web hosting is complimentary ONLY for the first year. Thereafter the fee will depend on hosting plan selected.
• This package does not includes shopping cart. Please check my other packages that includes it.
• All text content shall be provided by customer. (format: .txt, .rtf or word).
• Logos or trademarks must be provided by customer. Logo design is not included, but it can be design for an extra charge of $50.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All digital work is 100% guaranteed. If winning bidder (which shall be called “End User”) is not satisfied by the work performed by Knight_tower ( knight_tower ® design is part of Design Studio FL ® , which is the “Service Provider” ), all money shall be refunded in “full” to the end user. If the end user is not satisfied with the services of knight_tower, any material provided by the end user will be returned to end user, and hosting plan and domain registration will be canceled (Design Studio Fl ® will keep any rights over the domain name or web address) . If service (s) are canceled any digital work done by knight_tower will remain property of knight_tower design.

All material such as pictures, text, logos, trademarks, software or any other digital material provided by the end user shall be original or owned (with proof of purchase) by the end user. Any infringements, copyright violations, patents or any damages to third parties, will be responsibility of the end user. Knight_tower or any of its affiliates shall not be held liable in any way for such infringements or violations to third parties.

The Domain name (also known as web address) must be renewed every year in order to maintain full rights of use. If the end user decides to sell, lease, rent or give this domain name to any other parties, knight_tower and registrar domain holder shall be notified in witting before any transaction can be made. Web hosting is complementary at cost or any fees for one (1) year (regular retail value= $120 per year per account) beginning the date the auction is closed. This is subject to termination or cancellation at any time if there are any anomalies or contract breach from the end user during the complementary hosting period. Once this complementary period has ended, two choices are given: 1. termination of services 2. renewal fee for another year (depending on the hosting plan that is available at the time).
