Payment
PayPal and Money Orders are accepted for auctions.
Payment must be made within 4 days of auction close or you need to contact us to avoid a non-payment report to eBay.
If paying by money order, contact us and let us know the date the payment was mailed to avoid non-payment reports to eBay.
For combined auctions, payment should be made within 7 days or every 10 items, whichever comes first.
Shipping
Each item is weighed and assigned a shipping rate. SHIPPING RATES ARE NON NEGOTIABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Combined shipping may be available depending on the item(s). For large quantity orders, contact us for shipping rates.
Shipping fees quoted on each auction are based upon First Class US Mail.
UPS, Fed Ex, and DHL are available upon request but additional fees may apply. Contact us BEFORE bidding for quotes for other carriers.

Canadian and International Shiping
The WILL BE additional fees depending on the shipping to your location. Contact us BEFORE bidding for a shipping quote. We strongly suggest you purchase optional tracking services for international packages as they can get delayed in customs or lost.
Packages are sent within 3 business days after receiving and clearing payment.
Terms of Sale
All Bids are legal contracts to pay. Non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay and may result is suspension of your account.
Non-p[aying bidders will be reported to eBay. We have to do this in order to get our money back from the auction as we are charged as soon as you win an auction.
We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages that are not insured and sent with delivery confirmation.
All Shipments to California are subject to 8% Sales Tax, Sorry - it's the law.
We are not responsible for returned or damaged items which are not insured. Insurance can be reasonably purchased through Auctiva or email us for insurance quotes from the Post Office. Returns are accepted for an exchange, credit, or refund (minus shipping costs) within 10 days of the item(s) shipping date. Items MUST be in their original condition, not worn or altered. To arrange an exchange, credit or refund, you MUST contact us with a description of the damage prior to returning the merchandise. Normal response time is within 2 business days. About Us
TOPS A Rock Shop has been in business for over 20 years. We are a REAL store in historic downtown San Juan Bautista. We invite you to visit our store and our community. We are a Preserve America community and were honored by the National Trust for Historic Preservation as a 2008 Distinctive Destination. We host the largest mission in the State of California, a State Historic Park, Fremont Peak State Park, and an original section of the El Camino Real / Old Stagecoach Road / de Anza National Historic Trail.
Since you ask - TOPS stands for Turquoise, Opals, Pearls and Stones. The original owner, who recently retired, was a Turquoise and Gold mine owner. He and his wonderful wife are now traveling from mine to mine in their 5th wheel enjoying retirement. They occassional stop by the store to teach rock and gemstone classes.
