All stamps shown in this picture are included in this lot and will be sent to the winning bidder.

Note that stamps may be overlapped in the picture.

Assume all stamps which are mint are hinged. Occasionally I noticed a few stamps stuck together. They may need to be soaked to be safely separated. Also, some stamps may still have hinges or hinge remnants. Again, this will require a wash and soak to remove the hinges safely. But then, that's part of the fun of stamp collecting, as you well know.

All items will be sent to USA addresses with USPS First Class Mail with a variety of colorful stamps used for franking. There is no combined shipping to USA addresses for less than four items. But, if you buy four or more items at the same time, I will upgrade the shipping to USPS Priority Mail at no additional cost to you and no additional postage required. However, all items will need to be paid for with PayPal at the same time to receive this shipping upgrade. Wait for my invoice.

If you win 4 items, you pay $6. If you win more than 4 items, you still pay only $6 no matter how many you win.

For foreign buyers, when your shipping total reaches $12, I will upgrade to International Priority Mail at no additional cost if all lots are paid for at the same time. Wait for my invoice. If you win 6 items, the postage is $12. If you win more than 6 items, the postage will still be $12 maximum.

I will send the items to you the day after payment is received.

Stamps may be removed from the stock pages to USA addresses, but probably will not be removed due to the time needed to do this.

Stamps will be removed from stock pages to foreign addresses to hold postage cost down to $2 per item.

I offer a full refund if you are not pleased with what you get.

USA buyers may pay with a check, money order, mint USA stamps at full face value, or PayPal prefered.

Foreign buyers may pay with PayPal.
