Before you bid on an item or buy it with Buy It Now, it’s a good idea to check the seller’s Feedback Profile to view their Feedback ratings and comments. Sellers may also want to view a buyer’s Feedback Profile to see how reliable the buyer has been in the past.

To check the Feedback Profile for a particular member, click the Feedback Score next to the member’s User ID.

If you know the member’s user ID you can also access their Feedback Profile using the Find Feedback page.

Usually, a high Feedback Score and percentage is a good sign, but reviewing the member’s Feedback Profile can give you a more complete picture of the member’s trading experience.
