How to search eBay's Help content

You can use the search feature in the eBay Help Center to quickly and easily search through all the information available. Just type a few words about the subject you need help on, and then click "Search Help".

Note: The search box on the Help Center pages does not search for items on eBay. It only searches for Help pages. To search for items, click on the Search button at the top of any eBay page.

When you search for a subject within Help, we will present links to recommended Help pages, along with a brief summary of what each page is about. Click on the link(s) that are most relevant to what you are looking for.

Search will only return pages that include all of your search terms.

Tips for searching within the Help Center:

Help Search will only return pages that include all of your search terms.

Try to use as few words as possible.

Do not use complete sentences.

Search is not case sensitive.

Here are a few examples:

1. If you would like to know how to sell an item on eBay, try: how to sell

 

2. If you would like to know about eBay's feedback system, try: feedback

 

3. If you want to know more about eBay's policy for listing software, try: listing policy software
