Store Update Oct 4, 2008. The store will be relocating to larger premises from Monday Oct 6/7/8 and with telephones and DSL reconnection planned Oct 9/10. Everything will be fully operational from Friday, Oct 10. We will continue to ship until the last possible moment and if you have received feedback from us then your order has already been dispatched. For any new and outstanding orders these will be dispatched a few days later than our normal shipping times and we sincerely apologise in advance for any inconvenience. We've previously experienced some unrepentent customers leaving negative & neutral feedback despite the fact they had pre agreed their multipurchase shipping & handling charges which were heavily discounted. It's fair to say that we do NOT like this purchase method and will always continue to avoid these situations. Discounts are applied but if you wish prior confirmation then we ask you to contact us over S&H charges before making 2 or more purchases. We are always happy to forward specific shipping details in advance of any order.
