Delivery Info - I ship only via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail & if needed USPS Express Mail.  The estimated time for delivery is: First Class:  2-9 days; Priority:  2-3 days; Express:  1-2 days   I try my best to process all orders as quickly as possible but once the order is in hands of post office, I have no control over how long it takes for order to be delivered.  When in a rush for an item, please contact me first prior to purchasing to confirm I will be able to accomodate your timeframe. 

S&H Rates - Combined s&h is available for your entire order when you pay with a SINGLE payment, since Paypal charges me a transaction fee for each payment.  You can purchase as many items as you need and your s&h fee will never exceed $9.95 (as long as entire order is going to one address and can all be shipped & fit in one box).  Do not pay until you receive a combined invoice for everything you have purchased as to avoid overpayment of s&h fees.

Emails:  Normally answered within 24- hours; holiday season:  24-48 hours

Samples:  If needed, emailed within 24-36 hours of receipt of cleared payment & personalization info; holiday season:  24-48 hours.  No samples created until payment has been received & has cleared.
